The TvDataStarterKit contains a Tutorial that guides you through the process on how to offer tv-data. Everything you need is incuded in the File.
If you want to offer tv data, some coding skills are needed! But the tutorial is easy enough to understand it without coding yourself.
A online version of the Tutorial can be found here. For reading the Tutorial you need the complete TvDataStarterKit.
