For recordings with GBRecord you can use the application WinTVCap_GUI. To use it with TV-Browser you have to install the WinTVCap_GUI-Scheduler2 Plugin in TV-Browser. This you can do in TV-Browser with Plugins->Manage Plugins... and pressing on the button Update/install plugins. You also can find the plugin on the Plugin page.
With WinTVCap_GUI you also can program recordings for channels that are not available in TV-Browser.
